HAVE G200 BLOCK AND USING G161 HEAD NEED INFO ON HEAD GASKET TO USE, G161 GASKET HAS SMALLER DIAMETER PISTON CUTOUTS AND THE WATER JACKET ORIFACES ARE PARTIALLY BLOCKED BY GASKET ON G161 GASKET. |

What gasket were you using beforehand?
It might just be a case of buying the G161 gasket and cutting it to suit the G200 block |

Yeah get a G200 gasket. But it doesnt matter really aslong as it doesnt protrude into the bores or foul the oil jacket. Some on hardcore cars people have the water jackets in the head slightly restricted. Cant remember why though but there is a good and logical reason. |
