Has anyone ever tried to put injection on a G series motor? I'm thinkin about it myself, and i reckon its possible. Two ways im looking at doing it are the fast and easier way that only take sum adaptors, or the other, full on all out way that'll take a lot of trial and error.
So number one: Ur avg gemi motor (And intake manifold) and the injectors from a EA/EB falcon (single point). I belive if u weld up an adaptor plate, get a decent air filtration system and wire it up properly, itd work a treat. Then again, to say is one thing, to do is another.
Number two: this is a bit harder, more on the electrical side, but also the overall creation. A set of bosch (or any other injectors) a fuel rail, and ur avg intake manifold. Drilling in correct places, and placing the injectors (correctly) in the manifold, plus welding a plenum chamber once again with air filtration system.
So theres a lot of welding and screwing about with it, but i think it could be done. Next you need a computer to control the sequential injection.
If you could do it, and do it proper, it'd probly increase power by about 25kw on a standard internal motor.
Anyone done it or similar? Let me know plz. |

Any other way other than a piazza/rodeo would be a waste of time unless you were going all out. especially for how cheap you can get them. |

The EA single point is easy as. Adaptor plate is just a piece of aluminum plate no welding upgrade your fuel lines efi pump computer and away you go
p/s those EA throttle bodies have huge injectors |
