Has anyone heard of a car being defected in Vic for not being level front to back? Coz thats what I got last night! Gotta get a full roadworthy because my car is "too high at the back"!!
Ironic that had my car been dumped in the arse it would be legal! Grrrrrrr!!!! |

| Thats what pissed me off, it wasn't that the front was too low, it was that the back was too high!!! Making the car unlevel front to back, but I've never heard of that being defectible. |

Well if the car has a wacky uneven ride height it means there is some problems going on and its going to affect handling and safety.
So technically it is defectable since it would mean you have a non standard non engineered suspension setup. |

| I know on a ute you could use the excuse it's for carrying loads, etc... May help you on your case, was it a sedan or wagon??? As for cops its up to their discretion on the night, they havent done a roadworthiness course thats why they are so often wrong, but as peanut man said its a cop magnet you're drivin... |
