should be used for a izusu 2L with RB20 Turbo?

and how would i variery(&)test the psi which the turbo will put out? (where does the varierying gear bolt onto)?

3" would be good. Only mandrel bent though.

You need a pneumatic bleed valve which sits in between the plenum etc and the wastegate actuator. This will vary the boost input. When varying the boost you can gauge it by a boost gauge.

2.5 inch is heaps for a small turbo even if u run 15 psi.

15 psi is pretty high...

im thinking more like 7psi

ive got a 2inch exhaust at the moment, and i think i should get a 2.5inch

know of at least 2 ppl running stock turbos at 15 psi with stock exhausts, mates mx6 makes 165hp at wheels just with that and no other mods.

if they put a decent zorst on they would get another 20hp. why restrict it.

theres enough power there , its all about $$$ and if u have any or not as to how much power u want

If your getting a new one though, then there isnt much difference in price between 2.5" and 3" so you may aswell go the 3.

keep in mind that the dump pipe which is attached too the actual turbo is 2.5 inches in diametre.
