ok i suck with computers but i got a shitload of photos scanned onto my computer of the 2 gems we have/are building one is finished and the other is about halfway.

but when i try and attach the photos to an email it says they are all to big. i wouldnt have a clue how to make them smaller so i can email em into joe.
suggestions ????????

What format i they in (READ THE LETTERS AFTER THE FILE NAME EG me.jpg)

they are .TIFF

Alright open up the picture in whatever program you use and go- File-save as. When the box shows up there should be a bar down the bottom that says save file type scroll down on this till you find jpg or jpeg. if you can't find that save it as a gif file(compuserve graphics interchange file)

paintshop pro, photoshop and ACDSee, just to name a few that will allow you to change them from *.TIFF to *.jpg

IF you have MSoffice installed theres a little program called Microsoft Photo Editor that comes with it and will also do the trick.

If you use linux you could use GIMP to convoit it
