Gidday mate!
Its Rod here from clevland, the dude that bought that turbo setup off u...

i just thought to mention too u wats happenin with the constuction off my turbo so far... since i thought that u'd might be interested in knowing. And also i just felt like telling u .

But anyway!

Ive changed my Cam BACK too a standard one... from the 28/68. (sounds crap now but it has too be done)!

ive bolted the 34mm ADM too my manifold and it works a fair bit betta than the 32/36

Now ive just fixed the little stainless steel air intake box to the ADM.
I had just come bak from from a drive.
This is where my 1st problem comes into play.

As i was driving i noticed the Carby chocking as a restriction off air flow into it...
I was like "dam" i thoght that 2"inch piping would be thick enough.

so going back too my year 10 maths.

3.14 x 34mm = 106.76 mm2
and since the carby has too off these 34mm holes u hav too times it by 2
106.67mm x 2 = 213.63mm2 in total...

now the pipe witch comes off the stainless steel box is 50mm in diameter
3.14 x 50mm = 157mm2

HENCE the pipe off the manifold should be wider than...
(213.52 mm2 divided by 3.14 = ) 68mm in diameter, for the airflow to flow somewat near properly.

In other words i hav attatch a 70mm pipe instead off the 50mm pipe.

but yeh. ill tell u wat else happens in the future.

im out. rod
