struts half value of my car.

Just on the phone to pedders, they said the only front struts they had for an rb was a pair for $420. Does this sound right. They said these are the only ones that fit. $420 is alot of money. I might have to be a parasite and latch onto a stuffed RB and pull them out. Am I missing something or are front struts the same as front shock absorbers? You have some experiance with the rb suspension so please can you tell me whats going on.

pedders are ripoffs. i bought monroe struts for the front of my car (to suit 3 inch lowered springs) for $290

monroe shocks about $120 front + $120 rear and get kings springs about the same prices.

Struts are the whole assembly with a spring around a shock. RWD gemis only have shocks in the front and no struts for example.

That does sound expensive, you could probably get ibach or another good brand for that sort of price.

It says they just relabel monroe shocks
