Allo,
Well I have the old G161, and have a 32/36 weber on it... Ok, this is what happens, I put my foot down and it takes ages to get up to speed, the car goes high as in revs, but once I get my foot flat to the floor it starts to accelerate heaps better...
When I first got the weber it went great, lots of acceleratoin and shit, but now, it just seems to be sucking air left right center and not going anywhere..
Could it be the air/fuel screw isnt opened enough? The Timing?
ALSO.....The suction pipe thats on the inside of the inlet manifold nearest the engine, just under the carbie there, I have that connected to the Dizzy thingo. I have noticed that on my old manifold, it is blocked off...If it is to be blocked off, then where does the hose go from the Dizzy to where???

Thanks, and apologies for the longun..

Yeah, the vacuum advance pipe, the thin rubber one, it is connected to some little suction inlet on the engine side of the inlet manifold, its the one right next to where to have the hard plastic pipe connected to the Tapid cover..
