g200?

hi i am considering putting a new g200 in my 82 tf gem and i got a quote at $1500 for engin without g/b and $2000 with g/b i was just wondering what you's think is a good price

that's a rort maybe 4-500 with the box in decent condition
it would want to be turbo for that price

$1500 for a g200? Does it massage your balls while you drive? If not, its too much.

Half of what u were quoted would be more reasonable, unless it's just been rebuilt and is yet 2 B run in. But even then, a fully freshly rebuilt G200 should only have a max price tag of $1000, it would cost a little over that to have a G200 rebuilt professionally.

remember price varies from state to state, in SA go to a gemi specialist, have one thats freshly built and u'll pay around that mark.

rebuild a wreck yourself and fit it yourself and u'll pay fuckall.
