You'd need to start at
http://www.legislation.qld.gov.au/OQPChome.htm
But you'd also need to read the ADRs, the policy documents of Qld Transport (which covers the light vehicle modifications scheme) and pages and pages of subordinate legislation and so on. If it was possible to "list all the shit" (as you put it) relating to legalities in one page in a form that could be understood by someone who can't spell "know" then we wouldn't need high priced solicitors then, would we? |
