i'm currently installing an alarm and to connect the start killer relay i need to get to to the starter wire and also the wire that is connected to the "Lock" position of the ignition
looking at the markings on the ignition corresponding with the wires i'm presuming these are what the letters stand for:
Blue Wire - "ACC" = Accessories
Black Wire - "B" = ???
White/Black - "ST" = Starter????
Black/Yellow - "IG" = ???
Black/Red - "R" = ???
if anyone can help decode these ignition wires it would be greatly appreciated

White/Black - "ST" = Starter????
Black/Yellow - "IG" = IGNITION
Black/Red - "R" = REMOTE
For as long as ive been alive black has always been a EARTH
R has always been REMOTE
IG has always been IGNITION |

| i agree black is earth 99% of the time.... except for my mates mini....he re-wired the whole car with nothing but black wire.... what a dead head!!! |
