maybe there is only 2 different types and the TD had one type and the TE had the other. Actually that makes sense coz they're the 2 different shapes Smile

lets have another go.

TX - TD are simular with very minor changes manily only early TX has differences to TD

TE was different again as different lights front and back, but dash plugs should be the same as TD.

TF - TG were different again due to new dash and relay box under bonnet.

Cheers

Yeah that sounds right. However there are even differences between TF and TG looms interms of place of some relays and sizes and styles of some of connectors.

no, i was told the different dashes were an indecation of the harness.
the early dash had the older style fuze box an the later dash had the new.meaning the TD and TE "should" be the same, everytihng in the engin bay was right but pritty much everythiing behidnt the dash was differnet

use a TE dash with the TE loom as it will all fit and you can still replace the clock with a tacho if you have one...

cheers
