I have a 34ADM off an XE Falcon .. its been reco properly and has brand new chrome air filter assembly and adaptor plate.. ported manifold etc.. so I dont want use it cause cost a bit so far but now they want $200+ to dyno tune it!! I was hoping someone could help with jet size info so I could do it myself or maybe swap it plus I add cash for already tuned setup. I have a 1.6 bored out a bit with set of tuned length extractors. I am using G200 cam but have a Stage 4 Crow cam here too that want to try but don't think be very streetable. <== If u want the cam give me an offer

I also have a 2L block, crank, head etc in good nick but need a clean up and 3 good pistons.. one damaged. I have been told it is not possible to buy just one replacement piston so to fix it up need new pistons, rings, bearing and rebored. If anyone can tell me how can do this for <$600 or recommend a shop to do it for bit more then please help. I miss my G200 and doesnt look like the 1.6 will every go near as hard as stock g200.

sorry bout that it was bit confusing... CORRECTION: I do want to but the 34ADM on but for $250 to tune it I think there would be cheaper ways to get same gain...

Spend it on the dyno tune, and reap the benefits. Put the bigger cam in first if you think the lift wont be too much and make the valves hit the pistons.

You could always try a different dyno workshop.

I would guess that the standard jets would be pretty close.

You would be lucky to rebuild the G200 for $600. A rebuild kit with pistsons, gaskets, rings and bearings is about $500. I dont think that included main bearings ($70) or a timing chain ($50). Then machine work, most likely a bore job if a piston is damaged. Maybe just a hone though. I tihnk a hone is about $80. Bore + hone is about $150
