g'day i was wondering how much it would cost to lower a gemini just by changin the springs?

Get some secondhand lowered springs if you wanna save some cash. The quote I got was like $175 all round I think for secondhand lowered springs from gemispares.. that was fitted too.

Don't quote me on that since it was a while ago, I may have got the prices mixed up. I remember it being WAAY cheaper than pedders tho but that goes without saying I guess.

for pedders springs plus installation youd most probably be looking at about $430

Yeah but dont take it to a suspention place coz they will say: Naah mate you got to get new shocks too $300, and new rubbers here and there $400 oh and ya need new sway bars too buddy $250 oh yeah and ya wheels are out of allignment, wee'll do that for ya too!!!

I got super low king springs put in and adjusted for $350 the lot, handles awesome now aswell.

yea suspension places are a rip off, i went and got a quote from pedders in moss st brisbane, n they quoted me like $950 to lower my car 2inches, an from what i gather that was for sports springs, and installation, thats all from what i gather, he said if you go any lower then youll need new shocks too n that'll cost u more. so my car remains the standard height for the moment.

big boss, you can go down about two inches or so, but any more than that and you'll need new shocks as well; i just paid $290, just for one set.
