whats the best engine

ok well im currently on my ps and when i get off i wana put sumthen in to blow away a whole lota people so the question is whats the best engine. now keep in mind im thinking of price here so i dont really wana go an exotic fj20 or sumthen cause of engineers certs or a rota because of the same now i was thinking along the lines of a g200dohc or a 2.6 efi
be realistic here i wana get approx 200 hp in the end and i wana do it for cheapest and most easy ok so if u have some advice id be glad to hear it
