This is a fairly simple conversion to do, especially if you have a donor vehicle. When I did this, I used the complete motor and gearbox from my bush basher so don't ask me about the bit between the two (should be simple though). Things to note when doing this are the wiring loom on a automatic vehicle does not support the extra features of the manual (switches on pedals for the carby). I had problems with that carby anyway, so I ended up using the one off the auto motor anyway. And you will also find that the switches on the gearbox have no-where to plug in.

Apart from that, all you have to do is cut a new hole in the floor, just in front of the existing auto hole. I waited until I had almost installed the gearbox to cut this, that way you can see where to cut exactly. Then I welded this cut-out over the old hole.

It really is simple, goodluck mate.

Cheers
Greg
