hey guys i think my car would look much sweeter with chromed petrol flaps or whatever you call them so if anyone has some chromed ones i dont care where you are i will pay for delivery i just want some.

why dont you do it your self its hell easy just get some wet and dry sand paper then spray them or do you want proper chrome then you will ahve to pay for some one to do it |

i want proper chrome and the closest chroming place is brissy and thats about 500+ km from me

i would try a coupla places and u might have to get it polished.....
ring around ur local workshops to see we3re they get there chroming done |

yer i will but i guess i cant today, my mum just told me that they do chroming here somewhere but i was told by a dude at a workshop that the closest was brissy, he was a sandblaster, and i wanted my 6 spoke mags chromed, but they just stayed white and now they are for sale with brand new tyres for 400.

Strip the paint off with paint stipper or sand it all off.
Rub it with 320-600-1000-1500 wet papers.
Polish it up on a buffing wheel or with a cloth and some metal polish.
Give it a coat of clear lacquer and cut and polish that up.
Won't look exactly like chrome but should look ok. |
