| got hold of a g180 all looks good except for the crank,bit iffy,what i want to know is will a g161 crank fit,are they the same crank |

| Theoretically.... yes. The G180 & G200 have the same stroke but the G161's is shorter, so you will be de-stroking your engine. This is a reasonably common practice performed by some drag racers, they fit the 350 Chev crank and rods into the 400's to increase their ability to make more revs. |
