Hi guys, I posted bout my gay clutch problems a few days ago. Adam suggested I try something to see if it would resolve my problem. Unfortunately, it didn't work and this post is to update...

And, the deal is even though when the clutch pedal is down all the way, I am not able to select gears. My friction point is ok, the clutch cable pulls...just no gear selection. :-S

Help is very appreciative and thanked greatly.

Andrew.

The clutch seemed to be adjusted correctly...it selected gears well, but one day shat itself. The friction point never seemed to change, so I thought it may not be that. For the moment, I am going to take out the clutch and my mate's gonna have a little look-see and see if he can determine the problem.

Thanks for the reply.

Andrew.

Okay, for starters *either* your friction point is okay *or* you can't select gears.... If the box grinds when you try and select reverse while the clutch is completely depressed, then your friction point is not okay...

So... if you've tried adjusting it and it is still not working, it is time to start pulling it apart and probably time for a new clutch... While you have it apart, get the flywheel lightened and balanced.
