Apparently it's a reasonably easy conversion to do, unless you have an early model pre '76 TX as floorpan changes were made after this date. You will need...

Manual Flywheel
NEW!! flywheel bolts
Clutch Pressure Plate
Clutch Driven Plate
5 speed gearbox with mount and lever
Manual Throw-out bearing/spigot bearing
Clutch pedal
Manual Brake Pedal
Clutch Cable
5 speed tailshaft (make sure it has the same number of splines)
Manual Centre console
New hole in floor (with welded strengthening to ensure legality)
Welded plate over old hole in floor.
5 Speed Speedo cable
Some wire and connectors to rewire starter and reverse lights

You will also need to do some wiring to get your reverse lights working. On the conector next to the auto shifter you should have 2 red/blue wires and 2 black/white wires. The b/w wires are the inhibitor switch which have to be connected together. The r/blue are for the reverse and wire needs to be added to them to get them to the switch on your gearbox.
There is about a weeks worth of reading in the search section on this site, everything you could ever need to know will be there - give it a look-see.
Jasyn...
