theres a chance you'd blow your amp... so were u gonn run a pair of speakers plus the sub??? or just the speakers? what will happen if u bridge the amp to 2 speakers is the ohmage will increase to like 1 instead of 2 (or 2 instead of 4, if this was the case it'd be ok, but not many amp run at only 1 ohm).

knobby...

ok ill give u the jist of it. if your running for example a 1000 watt sub and a 300 watt pair of speakers if u bridge your amp to increas its max wattage (say approx 800 watt its putten out depending on what size the amp is) it will run the sub perfectly but ud be getting approx 800 watt running into a say 300 watt set of speakers and ud fry them so in short if the subs say 300 watt and speakers r 300 watt its fine but if the subs more watt ie bigger

well it all depends on your amp. Some amps have what they call tri mode (for 2ch amps) which means u can run a speaker off channel like u normally would, but can also run a sub off the 2 channels as u would in bridged mode by running the + from one channel and the - from the other. This will not harm the amp as the manufacturer said its ok, all it will do is lower the resistance (ohms) and give u more power, however will not sound as good as seperate amps as you will be sharing the power between all speakers.
