the other day i went to a wreckers (the one that quoted me $110 for a headlight and $1200-$1300 for a 2 litre carby rodeo engine) and he tried to tell me that the side mirrors on my coupe are not the originals. ok :specs: 1978 TD sl/e coupe 5 speed in light silvery green. the mirrors on mine are colour coded and are exactly the sane as those that came out on the gtr xu1's and have a chrome foot that attaches onto the door. i dont know whether to believe this bloke cos i am only the third owner and the others were grandparents that didnt even touch the engine or any other bits they said. oh and as far as the wreckers go i told him to get fucked as far as the donk went cos i could have bought a whole car for that much.

| Yeah they are the same mirrors as one of the bigger Holdens. |

yeah there SL/E mirrors. a good set to day are worth about $200
