Having already set up your motor with twin webers then it will be much easier to set it up as a blow through configuration if you still want to keep the twins. That way you will also be able to use an intercooler and have a blow off valve if you want one. What you will have to do is make a 100% air tight box that seals the webers that the turbo can force air into and then spend a lot of time or money to get the carbs jetted correctly with a fairly big turbo to feed them. You will probably have to decompress the motor if its running much higher than 8.3:1 compression, regraph the distributor to suit, turbo grind cam, put an oil return into the sump and get a rising rate fuel regulator & fuel pump. Can be a bit of fucking around if your going to do it all yourself but its well worth it. If you were to pay someone to do the job they will probably charge you a few grand especially if you want to get it engineered.

Thanks mate. I didnt realize it would be that much fucking around. I will probably have to get someone to do it for me. Does anyone know a good place in Melbourne (near Hoppers crossing)?
