this is gonna sound bad for those with potty minds, but did you try shaking it (the wheel) side to side while pulling it (the wheel) _________________

Put the seat right back. put your hands infront of the wheel (touching the dash)and through your weight back and catch yourself with your hands on the wheel. turn the wheel a bit and try again. do it as hard as possible always gets the wheel off for me.
BUT make sure the nut is on 2 turns otherwise the wheel in the face is not very nice
PLAN B
get a heavy plate of steel and make a puller with the 2 bolt holes in the standard wheel.
cheers

THIS WORKS U MAKE A WHEEL PULLER: u need to get a bout 6mm plate cut into a circle about 10cm in diamter. drill a center hole to fil a 12mm long bolt and 2 other holes either side of the main center hole with i think its about 8mm (think cant remember). i need a long 12mm bolt and 2 loong 8mm bolts the 2 8mm line up with the holes in the wheel. U need to thread the center hole so the 12mm botl will screw into the plate. u screw the large bolt througn the plate, then put the 2 thinner bolts through the plate and screw into the holes in ur wheel. u may need nuts on the oter side as spacers. once the thing is tight u do up the main bolt which puts pressure on the coloum, pulling the wheel off. simple ish. good luck any one want a pic of the wheel puller i can send them one. |
