I dont know how many times I have seen a message 'How do I set my air/fuel mixture screw' or similar. Hasnt anybody seen the instructions on the underside of the bonnet on the passenger side when you lift the bonnet? |

Simon, your post is more than likely directed toward me due to the query i made yesterday. I did have a Gregory's manual as a reference guide, but it was stolen around 8 months ago - hence the question.
The last pre '82 car i saw that sticker on was about 18 months ago on an untouched/unmodified MKII Escort. The chances on finding one on a cult car such as the Gemmi would be extremely rare. Finding one on my TX would be the same as trying to find one on a Datto 1600 or MK 1 Escort. Even a granny spec Gem has probably had it's sticker removed when she got it resprayed for the princely sum of $100 bucks by her grandson.
