how much do spigot bearings and realease bearings cost? and whats the alternate name for the release bearing?

If your talking about the bearing on the clutch fork lever thingy, another name is throw-out bearing. Can't remember exact cost, $10-$20 each I think, the throw-out is probly a bit more.
