i've been looking for my wagon/pano for a bit now but havn't found any. do i continue to look or should i buy the fiat and then sell it when i find a gemi?
cheers,

What model is it? Fiats are pretty mad. They are unique, go hard and come with the luxury of euro options. Parts will be hard to come by although there is a specialist in brisbane i think. egt the fiat!! |

its a 1998, regatta something or other i think. not to hot on my fiats. its FWD though with a 1600 motor i think. again i'm not too sure.
my neighbour's italian and his son has another one so he'd be helpful.. + he used to be a mechanical engineer. |

What are your feelings on FWD cars. Personally i think RWD is where the goodness is at. The RWD fiats are phat, i persoanlly wouldt buy a FWD, but thats just me, if you like FWD its all good. They are a sweet little car, being euro the come with disk all round, powersteer say yours would be mechanically injected, not sure, they are a sweet ride.
Take a look at http://www.carsfromitaly.com/fiat/index.html
they list all the models of fiats, give brief history and list specs etc. |

thanks mate. i actually didn't think anyone would have much advice.
personally, i prefer RWD. i'll post a pic of the car when i find one, or i'll take one tmr.
i'm thinking i get it until i find a sweet gemi, rather than just buying the first rusted up one i find.
cheers,
