I always love a solid BOG in my car after a long booz'n night, ahhhh, thats why im getting a can welded in the back of my panno... there's a methane scoop that compress's it an feeds it to a NOZ setup, she goes like Stink maytt!
Umm nope, never had the chance to compare bog to metal, i'd say it would loose in all instances, except interiors maybe.
have fun.

Yeah, thats what I think. I'm not a pro at shaping metal or welding with the mig, so I've been progressively cutting out the rust, welding a plate behind it and just smoothing it out with bog. There is no way I could get a perfect finish without the bog. And by doing it all myself I have saved how many thousand dollars?
Cheers, Greg. |

there is no way to get a good finish without it, except for a lead wipe which adds way too much weight. |

Thats what im doing cutting rust, welding a plate is which is roughly shaped then faring with bog. Nothing wrong with bog when its used for faring, just when you start filling holes and structural shit. |

it is possibile to get it straight without bog
or leadwiping you just use hammer dolly and a file
and or oxy to shrink the meatal i used to do panel beating
and i had to metal finsh a lot of the time . |

putty is not spray on bog
it's a high fill primer of sorts
bog is the thick body filler
which you can build up any surface no mater how dinted
putty on builds up a little and you need putty for bog
if you only finish the bog in 80-100grit sandpaper
putty fills the scratches i dont count it as bog
bog =body filler not putty |

Its bog used to fare. You are referring to the method in which its used, doesnt change the fact that its big bad dirty BOG at heart mate. its bog whether its 10 or 1 mil thick. Bog's just a generic term we use when talking about a variety of fillers. |
