im in the process of putting a fj20 into my gem and have been toold that there about 50kg heavyer engin. as im putting powered springs in i was wongering if this extra weight will cause any probplems?? will i need custom made front springs, or is 50km nothing to wory about??

| The extra weight might make your front sit 10mm lower,depending on spring, but shouldn't cause any problems unless it makes the suspension bottom out and hit the bump stops. |

| so what u think of super lows in the rear and just lowered in the front? should even them out and be stiffer in the front aswell? |

I haven't used king springs before, its definitely possible that superlows will be stiffer than cut standards, because even though they get stiffer when chopped, the standard springs still have a relatively small diameter.
