Could someone please give me a list of all the fuses (in the fuse box) and what they are for, and the standard rating of fuse that I should use.

refer the fuse box lid.
as different models have different fuse boxes. |

top rear down: horn+stop, rear defogger, clock+lighter, aircon
top front down: meter(WTF??), heater back (WTF??), wiper+radio, tail

| with a bit of pokery jiggery, I see that meter means guages (I've been in too many taxis lately). the interior light is also on the clock+lighter. Still don't know what the "back" is tho. |
