Tail lights....

Hi guys, I was wondering if it would be possible to change the set up of my tail lights (TE sedan) from having parkers lighting the outer two squares and having brake lights in the inside two squares to having my parkers lighting all four panels and then going brighter for brake lights.

I know I would need dual contact globes...but what would I do for wiring? Would this kind of thing be possible?

I would also add another brake only light to the parcel shelf so people don't get confused as to when I am braking.
