Whats could this van B worth?

Im looking at this 81 1600 TE Van with a TD front end (bored cylinders to around 1.8L). Its got newish pearl blue paint (not bare metal spray, exterior only). Very straight panels. Nice 6 spoke polished rims. Newish tyres. Recond Dash. New sports exhaust and extractors. New locks and shocks. Sports wheel.

BUTTTTT it has some serious rust in the floorpan around the shocks and front arches, shockin brakes & water leak from thermo housing manifold. would it reach the $2K mark. What should I be asking for this baby? Have a guess even.

it obviously wont get road worthy so id guess 1300? maybe 1500

in melbourne you might get $600 bucks
i just scored a 80 wagon, new steering wheel, big tacho, mags, reco engine, weber,clarion stereo, sports exhaust and very straight, the only rust was in the top corners of the bay +$900 with a roadworthy and 10 months rego
