ive put in a manual and i cant get the tailshaft on . it is the rite 1 for it i dono wat the problem is does any1 no???

auto tailshafts dont fit manual gearboxes.
a manual tailshaft must also be either coarse or fine spline, depending an the g/box mainshaft.

If you had bothered to look, you would ahve worked it out.

well alan the tailshaft i got came with the manual.
it was off that manual originally im not that stupid,
i was saying i cant get it on he auto tailshaft has diferent teeth.

sup bro check the tailshaft spring if its inside the thred its spring loaded so if the springs missin or fucked it wont load in

bro ive got the spring in. the problem is i cant even get it through the other teeth but it should all fit i cant see damage. should i use force with a hammer?

bro lube it up wit abit of grease and try an tap it but not like fuken smash it in just see if it moves in with a few taps if not study the teeth and the teeth slots in the bottom end if they dont match up an shit u mite have to give sum drive line joint a call

IF you have the right t/shaft, then it should just slide on. It can take a bit of dicking around. DO NOT BANG IT ON. It will slide on.

yeah maybe the dude sold u the wrong tailshaft was it in the gearbox when u got it?

I have seen ppl do this it aint a nice thing to do
