HORNET SCOOP pro stock???

in street machine they have hornet scoop pro stock bonnet scoops for sale. im from melb and want to know what is the maximum legal height for a bonnet scoop ( TO BE LEGAL )
they have
- 6.5 cm high
- 10.5 cm high
- 13 cm high
- 21 cm high

i think its a max of 5cm from the top of the boot to the highest point of the scoop

mabe a little higher

if it is 5 cm how do people have superchargers?
just asking cause ive always found this law to be a tad fu*#@d

QLD u can protrude the factoy bonnet hight by more than 45mm. and im fucked to know how the superchargers are legal then..........
