Im sick of this bullshit.

I aquired Mooch's head and paid a fair bit of money to put the valves and etc, re seat a coupla things etc.

Anyways we finally get it back in the car and warm it up and go for a drive and it STILL OVERFUCKING HEATS.

This is now over 500 dollars ive spent or will be spending when I get soem money in. Just to stop this fucken thing from overheating and it doesnt do shit. Taken it to a few people and couple said new head. So we did and to no evail.

IM SO PISSED OFF

i dunno if u alreday checked but is there anything wrong with the radiator or anything to do with keeping the car from not over heating like the thermostat

thermo is fine...

radiator got taken apart and cleaned...

replaced hoses...

put the better water pump on...

better alternator...

set timing...

FUCK KNOWS!

If its that fucked. Buy another motor instead of forking out big bucks to get it fixed. Especially if its only a 160??!! If it gives you piece of mind....otherwise, fix it

I already pulled one motor out and the 2nd one is the one that is also fucked.

maybe ya water gallery is cloged?? alos take ya thermastat out and take it for a drive. see what happens. i had a heating problem, took it out and never went over 1/2 heat after that. just left it out altogether.

yeah ...

what makes u think it is overheating ? are you just going by what the guage in the car reads ? or is the radiator actually boiling to the point where shit pisses out the overflow ?

maybe check your guage in the car ! and try a new radiator cap ... (if that's the problem)

maybe the paint your car is wearing is too warm for it, i'd suggest rubbing it back to bare metal and see how you go then...

but your original head needed $450 worth of fixing. so obviously it was pretty rooted anyway!

My old one didnt even cost half that to get the valves reseated - which you should do anyway!

Maybe check sender? should start with the cheaper stuff first.

no steam comes out.

already reverse flushed but that was directly after new radiator and with old head.

try it again maybe.

Yes coming out overflow and already new cap.
one of them high pressure ones.

so its gettin farken hot.
