speco tach guages...

i found some speco guages on special, are they good quility/brand? they are better value than autometer thats for sure, but are splitfire or any others beter???

mate i got a speco(meter) tacho w/shift lite in my car and it works an absolute treat-bargain!not sure how good the splitfire tachos are though.only disadvantage (or advantage depending on how you look at it)is that the biggest size for the speco is 3 3/4 inches,worked well for me cos i chucked it into the centre console below the head unit. cheers it up,86S/LE

my autometer tacho gives me an extra 23KW, for and extra 4KW i could have upgraded to the shiftlight version but decided not to

thats another thing i forgot to mention-another disadvantage of speco guages is that they dont give you the extra power that the autometers do-fuck those things go...
