Just out of curiosity, has anyone ever tried using
Chem-i-weld to repair cracked cylinder heads and the like? I've seen it in the motor mate catalog and it says you pour it into the cooling system. Anyone ever trying using this stuff?
I'd be interest to know how it works and how well it works.

I used it in my SII RX-7 when i had a cracked radiator. It was litterally dribbling out - not just leaking. It was one of the better products compared to other similar priced off the shelf stuff. If you follow the instructions to the letter on the bottle, it should last for around 6-8 weeks before another application is needed. It's only a cheap band-aid fix, but it gets you out of trouble till you have the cash to get the problem fixed properly.
