Can some one please tell me how i can tell if my g200 head has had any work done to it like port and polish, bigger valves also how do you tell the difference between a standard cam and a aftermarket one do they have special markings.

ha ha, now if you had any other handle, that wouldnt be funny.

And lowgem, porting/polishing will leave sandpaper like etching in your ports from the polishing "tool".(oops, shouldnt use that word around gemini_hoe)
