hey, i know that some shitty commodores came out with like a 2+ltr four, is it like the 2.4ltr opel engine the germans stick in their kadetts?

No, the 4cyl in early Commodores was the Starfire (Neverfire four, which was essentially 2/3rds of a red six. Gutless and used just as much fuel as the six.
After looking at the pix of the Opel 4s, I have noticed they don't have a crossflow head. I am wondering just how much better (if they are at all) these engines are than our own 2.0 and 2.6 Rodeo engines. Methinks our own donks are much better.
I would sooner prefer even a G200Z to the Opel four pictured. The G series are a neat looking engine IMHO |
