| My mate steve wants to know if he needs a resonator or an extra muffler on his gem, caus he is gettin a 2inch exhaust with hotdog etc. he asked me and i said i wasnt sure caus i only have a 2inch just with the hotdog and nothin else. |

It's a bit of a contradictory question he has there... A resonator will make the exhaust note slightly louder, where-as a muffler will quieten it down. Depending on his tastes he could fit either.
