Ok, I cant get my oil pressure switch to work.. If i take the yellow wire off the switch should the lite glow while the key is turned to ignition??? Whats the easyest way of finding the problem??? Would it most likly be the globe, wire or the actually oil switch???

contact the wire to a good earth then it should glow if not it will be the globe in the dash is gone,
