180 odd HP at the rear got the red sams performance gem (previous hp hero at summernats 2 years in a row, 4cyl N/A, but retired for this year) to do a 12.76ET. Not sure of the terminal speed. About 105mph.

A gemi with 20L of petrol and you sitting in the drivers seat will weigh a bit over 1000kg. So 200hp at the rear should get you into the 12's easy with decent suspension and 215's on the back. So we'll say between 280 and 300hp at the fly.
That would be a very fun car. And sooo damn quick.

the usaul thing to do is to take KW at the flywheel to equal Hp at the wheels.
so 180kw is = to 180Hp but this is a rough gide

Once you have the HP at the fly multiply by 0.7. This equates to about a 30% drivetrain loss (Which is usually quite conservative) which gives you roughly the horses at the rear.

eg. 150kw at the fly multiply by 1.34 to get your HP at the fly. Which is 201hp.
Then multiply by 0.7 to account for drivetrain loss. which equals 140.7rwhp. Which equals very fast gemi...
