need wiring info

i have a te sedan front on a td panelvan(te sedan front wiring and td rear van wiring) its a manual

i need some help
1. under the dash is a green plug(male and female end), from that run all the wires, ive got everything sorted except for
two red with blue striped wires
a black wire
a red with green stripe wire
can someone tell me what these are for? i know two of them must be reverse switch but i dont know which.

on the gearbox there is a reverse switch and another switch at the front on the top, what is this second switch for?

what is the darkblue light blue and black wires for in a td panelvan on the passenger side behind the seat in the side section.
