HELP!! 4ZD1 Rodeo Motor

HEy Guys!
Wondering if anyone can help me.,.....im quite keen on this transplant, and yeah i know the motor is almost impossible to find, but wondering how difficult is this wap..i have read the workshop stuff, but still a little confused.
Also, roughly what is the power output, and where on earth an i supposed to find one of these engines in Sydney.

Torque: 184 Nm

The swap is easy. I'm doing it in a few months time (New workshop article with photos)

Try a wrecker in sydney that wrecks commercial vehicles eg 88' rodeo 2.3L.
