Hey everyone. I have a Tg gemini and I was going to do an oil change but I have read previous posts and the workshop and I cant find anything on how much oil my gemini should take after draining. Can anyone give me a rough idea. Thanks

Have done a recent change to the rally car.
The car will take 3.6 litres if you replace the filter and 3.2 if you do not. (who does not replace the filter when they change oil ?????)
So as to ensure your filter fills with oil and does not adversly effect the oil pump, it is advisable to fill the new filter almost to the top with oil before fitting it. You will have to put a fair bit in, as the paper inside it absorbs the oil and looks empty most of the time.
Best of luck.... |
