Hey, does anyone know the Hot and Cold setting for valve clearences??? (Exhaust and Intake) Is there anything else I should check while I have the rocker cover off? Cam chain?

Grab the Gregory's manual for your model of Gem. It will answer almost all of your questions about the stock configuration and even give you answers to questions you may ask in the future. I would tell you the clearances normally, but had my manual stolen a little while back. So sorry i'm not of much help.

Inlet 0.15mm
Exhust 0.25mm
It must be cold when you set it too
and watch out tightening the locknut, if you overtighten it the thing will break |
