Before i start out, i have used the search option on this.
My question is, what tools/method is used to push the rod into the plastic piece on the lock? My problem is lining the two up so that they can be pushed togeather.
I can barely fit one finger into the area.
Also, with the boot lock, do you just bend the back piece of the lock 45 degrees so that it will slide into the latch?
Thanks,
Sam. |

Sam,
I fitted GHL locks to my TD Coupe - I assume they are the same, It takes a bit of fiddling around but just persevere with long nose pliers, long flat blade screw driver - there are no tips or shortcuts - it's just a prick of a job to do - good luck!
