does anyone know how to replace this little round rubber at the bottom of the steering column... apparently mines cracked and its the last thing on my checklist for roadworthy... some help please... |

It should be just 4 bolts shouldnt it?!
You may need to loosen the column from inside the car. The little rubber disc is in the engine bay above the rack?
Use loctite on the bolts when you re install them. |

i had a look at those bolts and didnt know how to un do them they are round and have holes in the center there not allen keys either... |

Undo the flexible coupling clamp bolt. Drill out the old rivets and remove the coupling. The new kit I got came with a nolethane coupling, 4 new bolts and the anti-crush sleeves. Slide everything back together and tighten up. You *may* need to loosen the steering column from inside the car. Don't ever strike the steering column, like if you're trying to loosen something.
