What differences am i likely to come up with when i am bolting bits and pieces from a TG into a TD coupe?

Are there many differeneces in the drivetrain mountings or internal mountings like dash, steering and seatbelts (i realise the dash is different)

How about the suspension setup? i know there are more differences in the wagons, how about the coupes?

any help be great

For starters I was given a TE interior (seats). Was in better nick than the race cars so I attempted to swap it. The only thing that didn't fit was the rear seat base. Their shape is different to allow for people getting in and out the rear doors.
If the TG seats are good, just get the rear base re-trimmed to match.

With a bit of work you could also put on the front end from the TG, and with a bit more work retro fit the rear lights.
It's only my opinion, but imagine; a TG coupe with four wheel discs, LSD, A/C, and cruise control with a 2lt injected twin cam..... would have been a pretty schmick motor car.

Well if i go ahead with it it will have eveyrhing you mentioned except fo the cruise control Wink

oh and 200cc less, its a g180 injected twincam

Aftermarket cruise is readily available. Like to see it when you've finished!
