At the moment my TD has an auto in it which will be changed soon to a 5 speed. Does anyone know if the parts from a TC
which has a 4 speed in it will fit a 5 speed, mainly the flywheel cause I can have all the parts from the TC for nothing.
Thanks |

Yeah buddy, it'll fit fine
If it is a rodeo 5 speed though, it gets cramped around the starter. It will still fit fine, but for fucking round and fixing up shit (ie, taking the tranny off to replace a part inside or something) youll have to jack the engine and twist to the side of the starter (driver side).
I just read the question again.....
...ahh you meant internals (by flywheel i thought you sorta meant bellhousing. Wellllll,,, ummmmm, i dunno >].
So i spose this was no help. Im sure you can interchange the clutch lever boot. lol. |

yeah, same thing. Only thing you will need to check with changing the gearboxes is that the tail shaft spline is the same, will be coarse (10 teeth) if its the early model or fine (20 teeth) if its a later model. |
